RNR Appliances, doing business as BBQ Cleaning and Repairs Ruben & Ruben ("we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, who processes it on our behalf, and what your rights are.
Information we collect
When you submit our appointment form, we receive: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, optional city, the services you're interested in, optional details about your grill (make, model, size), how you heard about us, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
How we use it
We use your contact information solely to schedule and provide the services you've requested. Form submissions are delivered to us as an email; we do not send automated text messages. We do not store form submissions in a database, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone except the service providers listed below.
SMS messages
The SMS checkbox on our form is optional and is not a condition of service. If you check it, you agree that we may text you about your appointment from the number we call from. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Cookies, analytics and service providers
We do not currently run analytics. We use a single functional cookie to remember your language preference. Three service providers process limited data on our behalf: Resend delivers the form email to us; Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a submission comes from a person, using your IP address and browser signals; and the map on our contact page loads tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address and the page address. Each processes data only to provide that service.
